CeX Limited (an acronym for "Complete Entertainment Exchange", pronounced like "sex" but commonly referred to as "C-E-X" because... you know) is a second hand goods retailer specialising in video games, computing, DVDs and other technology. They also sell hats and charging cables for some fucking unknown reason.
CeX has three hundred and eighty stores across the United Kingdom, and a further two hundred and twenty five stores worldwide.

CeX was started by Paul Farrington, Robert Dudani, Hugh Man, Charlie Brooker (yeah, creator of Black Mirror Charlie Brooker, I don't get it either), Oli Smith and Oliver Ball. The first shop opened in London in 1992.
The name "CeX," originally an abbreviation for "Computer eXchange," has evolved into an acronym for "Complete Entertainment eXchange." The company's official letterheads indicate that "CeX LTD is trading as CeX Entertainment Exchange." In March 2017, after years of uncertainty, the pronunciation of the acronym was officially confirmed as "sex" in British television commercials. Despite this, it is not a name commonly used by customers.
Currently, the company has a presence in over 600 locations worldwide, including more than 380 shops in the United Kingdom, 65 in Spain, 37 in Ireland, 23 in Australia, 18 in India, 13 in the Netherlands, 9 in Poland, 19 in Portugal, 35 in Mexico, and 4 in Italy.
CeX conducts trade-in transactions with customers by providing them with the option to receive either cash or a voucher that can be redeemed at any CeX store. The company provides a 24-month warranty on all of its second-hand products, subject to certain conditions. It's worth noting that CeX does not accept Bitcoin as a form of payment anymore. Additionally, customers can benefit from a 2-year warranty on device repairs and a guarantee of "no fix, no fee."
