Cecil Star (real name Manny McGargle) is a main character in The Patrick Star Show, and also appears in various SpongeBob fanon works. He is Patrick Star, Squidina Star and Sam Star's father, GrandPat Star's son, and Bunny Star's husband.
He is voiced by Thomas F. Wilson and works as a janitor for the Undersea Space Agency.
He survived a bombing in New Orleans conducted by King Caden.

Cecil is an overweight anthropomorphic sage green starfish. He has balding brown puffy hair, brown eyebrows, and a brown mustache. He wears grey pants with a brown belt, and a white shirt with a red bow tie. He doesn't wear shoes. He has a pink tongue and a protruding pearly white tooth.

He is very dumb like his eldest son Patrick.
