Pampers Online is a free-to-play social networking online-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game (or MMORPG) based on the World of Pampers franchise, which is set within the Daddy Pig Cinematic Universe and shares continuity with other media such as The SpongeBob and Daddy Pig Show, I hate my child., and Full Server.

Pampers Online is a spiritual successor/sequel to Club SpongeBob, which in-turn is heavily inspired by Club Penguin (hence the name). A PI Account is required to play. Pampers Online released on September 12, 2020, on the Picon home console to positive reviews, with most criticism aimed towards the game's use of microtransactions to purchase bonus in-game currency (though this can be earned for free and is not necessary) and concerns over online safety.

Content updates for the game ceased with the end of Pampers Online's fourth season, which concluded on April 2, 2021.

A television series based on the game, Pampers in the House, aired from June 22, 2021, to June 26, 2021.

Gameplay[]

Players control custom avatars based on the Pampers cast customised to their liking as they navigate the live ever-changing 3D virtual world of "Original Island". The game follows a very loose storyline, with major events taking place on the map each month to keep players engaged. Players can chat with each other, purchase accessories for their avatars with the in-game currency, work on their own farm, personalise their home with exterior and interior options, play minigames, and just hang out. The game's overworld is split into various distinct areas with different themes and features (for example the area Retail Road hosts most of the in-game shops). Players communicate through either text or voice chat, with parental controls available for younger players.

Avatars will require specific attention every while, whether it be them wanting to be fed, clean or regain health. Players are rewarded for looking after their character and completing other tasks and daily challenges (which could consist of e.g. visiting a specific location or finding a hidden object, etc.) with experience points, which can level up players each season. Players are encouraged to level up by receiving items, in-game currency and other perks.

The game's currency (which is used to progress through the game) can be obtained in various methods, including optional microtransactions. These otherwise include completing daily challenges, levelling up each season, playing minigames or working on their farm. Each player has their own allotment beside their customizable house where they can grow their own food or plants. Food can be used to regain health, but everything can be sold at the shop at Friendly Farm for a profit. Farming plays very similar to simulation games such as Stardew Valley.

Introduced in the third season of the game on November 14, 2020, are "piPhones". Each player has their own phone which they use to view updates and in-game news, private message other players and take pictures. As well as being able to post pictures on social media, these can also be used on players' "player cards". These essentially function as trading cards for each player, displaying their username, avatar, statistics and level for the season. When friending another player, both users get each-other's player card for their collection.

Seasons & Storyline[]

Pre-Game[]

Prior to the events of the game Pampers decides to create an island paradise where totally original characters can live in peace. This ends up becoming "Original Island". With the help from his friends the island becomes a thriving community. Mr. Craps also decides to pitch in with the construction and constructs his own laboratory in the far north east end.

Season One (Sept 12 - Oct 6 2020)[]

The first season of the game began on 12th September 2020 when the game launched. Because of this it is the only season without a theme, and also one of the game's shortest and most uneventful seasons.

September 12 - With the construction of Dusty Drive finally finished, more islanders arrive at Dandy Docks from the SS Pampers.

September 16 - Mr. Craps' Laboratory is temporarily closed for the day due to undisclosed reasons, though Mr. Craps reassures everyone that everything is fine.

September 19 - Mr. Craps is spotted by players at Honest Hospital. Huggies arrives from the SS Pampers along with new food items courtesy of SpongeCicle. Construction on new buildings begin.

September 23 - At 4:37PM EST a crack appears in the sky above The Krusty Krack for 26 minutes which leaks XP across the map. The cause is unknown. Mr. Crack denies the occurrence of the event to the press.

September 27 - Another crack in the sky appears above Dusty Drive at 8AM EST, leaking out more XP. Parts of the area temporarily resemble some kind of forest for roughly an hour before the crack closes. Mr. Craps' Laboratory is also closed for most of the duration.

September 28 - Mr. Craps and Mr. Crack are spotted together at Grim Graveyard.

September 30 - A cutscene is viewable from The Krusty Krack.

Season Two: Oh shit, Zombies! (Oct 3 - Nov 13 2020)[]

October 3
- Another cutscene is viewable from the main menu.
- Briefing - "Mr. Craps and Mr. Crack have formed an alliance to bring back Mr. Cock from the dead. After various tests creating rifts all over Original Island, they have surprisingly succeeded and Mr. Cock lives! ...and so does a whole hoard of other supernatural creatures which now plague the island. Whoops. Hopefully no one will notice. In other news, Pampers is out of toilet paper again. Wait, is that Hoopla and Dave from SpongeThorne?! Yep, this is a crossover now. Looks like the rifts have pulled them in too. Luckily they can help, well they could if their ghost sucker didn't get destroyed in the portal. Guess you'll just have to help Pampers and friends take on the ghoulies with your bare fists until Hoopla can fix up a new one. On a lighter note, Halloween is completely coincidentally coming up soon and you can begin working on your costume at Fashion Frenzy, and start growing candy plants at your own farm. This Halloween will definitely be kreepier and kookier than usual..."
- More rifts have appeared over the island, and most locations have either been decorated for Halloween or overrun with ghouls.
- Gritty Gym is now Ghoulish Gym, The Krusty Krack is now The Kooky Krack, Barg'N-Mart is now Bargh'N-Marghrt, Friendly Farm is now Fortified Farm, Honest Hospital is now Haunted Hospital, Bodacious Beach is now Hoopla's Fantastic Beach, Grim Graveyard is now Ghastly Graveyard.
- Haunted Hospital's interior is completely inaccessible until further notice.
- The clothes shop Fashion Frenzy, Candy Forest, Mr. Crack's Mansion and The Flying Pringle's Ship are all now on the map.
- Candy can now be harvested from the Candy Forest and grown at the farm.
- The game takes place at nighttime for the duration of the season.
October 10
- Ghosts take over Mr. Crack's Mansion, kicking Mr. Crack and Mr. Cock out in the process. The interior is made temporarily inaccessible as a result.
- Hoopla and Mr. Craps' team-up to build a new ghost sucker isn't going as planned, so Hoopla asks the player to find parts for him over a series of daily challenges until October 17th. Dave also opens up his own daily challenges which usually involve bringing him food. He misses KFC.
- The farm shop starts selling pumpkin seeds and flytraps.
- More Halloween decorations for players' homes are available for purchase at Eyekeyah.
- Huggies takes over as Club Pampers' DJ. Strange noises can be heard throughout the building.
October 17
- As Hoopla's daily challenges wrap up, he finally finishes building a second ghost sucker. Players who complete all the challenges are rewarded with a new SpongeThorne themed loading screen.
- The "Haunted Hospital" seasonal minigame opens up to all who complete Hoopla's challenges (see here).
- Club Pampers' basement is discovered to be housing a group of zombies who attack Huggies, who becomes zombified. A special raid opens up to save him.
- Eyekeyah starts selling working kitchen supplies, allowing players to cook their own food.
- New customisation features open up, allowing players to customise their furniture and clothes with their own design (these includes pumpkin carvings exclusively to the season). Designs can also be shared with and downloaded by other players.
- The Flying Pringle starts selling exclusive Halloween items, with stock changing every 24 hours.
October 24
- Players who played while Picon's online service cost money through Picon Platinum (it became free earlier in the week) are given special legacy items and coins.
- The "Mr. Cracks's Mansion" minigame opens up to players who competed the "Haunted Hospital" (see here).
October 27 - to pass the time while Hoopla gets their mansion back, Mr. Crack and Mr. Cock team up with Mr. Craps to... form a boyband apparently?
October 29 - with most of the paranormal creatures defeated and the island heading back to whatever normal is, Mr. Craps begins working on a portal for Hoopla and Dave to get home and, more importantly, the island starts preparing for Halloween celebrations.

===Halloween / Election Event (Oct 31 - Nov 7 2021) ===

October 31 -
- Mr. Crack, Cock and Craps became the Crackstreet Boys and perform their debut single, Everybody (Crackstreet's Back), live in-game at Mr. Crack's Mansion. Producer of the song Not Squidward also moves to the island.
- The one day only Treasure Hunt minigame is available at Fortified Farm (see below for more details).
- With all the paranormal activity cleared up, Pampers begins thinking about the future of the island and decides to hold a presidential election on November 7th. This cutscene is available. Pampers, Huggies, Mr. Craps and a mysterious penguin named Tennis decide to run.
- A Halloween fashion contest at Fashion Frenzy is held. Any player can sign up and the top three players will get a large sum of coins and exclusive items to the contest.
November 1 - Reruns of Everybody (Crackstreet's Back) are available.
November 3 - The presidential debate is held.
November 7 - The presidential election poll opens.
November 8 -
- A new cutscene is available to watch. **Pampers is elected president of Original Island, and chooses SpongeCicle as his vice-president.
- The Black House appears on the map, and Pampers and SpongeCicle move in. **Tennis goes on a rampage through town because he lost. **Mr. Craps actually decides to finish work on Hoopla and Dave's portal home, and they leave for their own dimension.

===Season Three: Showbiz & Sleigh Bells (Nov 14 - Feb 5)===

November 14 -
- Briefing "It's time to step into the limelight in the wig-snatching third season of Pampers Online: Showbiz & Sleigh Bells! Not Squidward has been working tirelessly backstage for you to take centre stage, bust a move and break a leg. Check back at the Thrilling Theatre regularly for live films and concerts, and put on your own in the heart of Pampywood! While you're at it, go shopping at the new Marvelous Mall, skip class at Huggies High and fill the runtime of a movie at Goner Gulch! And make sure to check the programme as there are more surprises until January, including a certain someone coming to town! What are you waiting for?!"
- Most areas on the map are now themed after Hollywood.
- Playful Park is removed and becomes "Thrilling Theatre", an open-air theatre that hosts films and concerts in-game occasionally.
- The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run is played live at Thrilling Theatre. A loading screen is available for participants.
- Plankles moves onto the island and acquires Discord Fast Food, rebranding to Femboy Hooters (because why not).
- Ghastly Graveyard is no longer accessible.
- A new area called Pampywood opens alongside Not Squidward Studios.
- A new "Movie Maker" minigame is available at Not Squidward Studios.
- The Krusty Krack is re-themed as an American diner.
- Honest Hospital is no longer its own location and is found at Pleasant Plaza, next to the Popo Station.
- Friendly Farm becomes a western area based on Goner Gulch from Sponge on the Run. The farm shop is still accessible.
- Performances of "How We Do" are shown at Goner Gulch every hour, on the hour. A loading screen is available for participants.
- Barg'N-Mart, Eyekeyah and Fashion Frenzy are now moved to a separate shopping centre area called Marvelous Mall.
- Roads begin appearing all over the island.
- Retail Road is renamed Roadside Rest, and is now on the side of a road (see?).
- A high school roleplay area titled Huggies High opens.
- The Not Squid avatar style is available to purchase from Not Squidward Studios.
- Player Cards and piPhones are added to the game (see here).
November 15 - The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run is rerun. The loading screen is still available.
November 21 -
- Lil Pampers plays a concert live in-game at Thrilling Theatre.
- The "Music Maker" minigame is now available from Club Pampers.
November 22 - Reruns of the Lil Pampers Concert.
November 28 -
- SpongeBob's Fanon Wiki: The Movie is shown live in-game at Thrilling Theatre.
- The "Oh, Wai-toorrrr!" minigame is now available from Femboy Hooters.

December 1 - An advent calendar which gives out free items each day is available from players' piPhones.

- Briefing - "Ho, ho, ho! It's almost Christmas time (I could have worded that differently but nah) and you may have noticed that Original Island is feeling a lot more festive. Hop onto Pampers' Sleigh and take a visit to the North Pole and meet Santa (who definitely isn't just Pampers wearing a costume). Help out the elves in Santa's Workshop (who, again, isn't just Pampers in a costume) and make presents ready for the big day! You can even gift items to your friends! Come back each week for Santa's (again, not a costume) daily challenges. And that's not all, back on the mainland Krack Motors has opened up ready for you to take a joyride around the island! Let's ho-ho-go! (sorry)"
- Original Island is now covered in snow and decorated for Christmas.
- Pleasant Plaza has been renamed to Pampers Plaza, to honor the president. The PoPo Station and Honest Hospital have been moved to a new location called SpongeCicle Square.
- The Advent Calendar is now available on the map in SpongeCicle Square.
- The construction site at Roadside Rest is now Krack Motors, a car dealership. Players can purchase their own cars which can be driven around the map.
- Marvelous Mall has been renamed to Merry Mall.
- Dusty Drive has been renamed to Decorated Drive.
- Thrilling Theatre has been renamed to Festive Theatre.
- Mr. Crack's Mansion is now Mr. Crack's Counting-House.
- The SS Pampers is now Pampers' Sleigh. From Pampers' Sleigh players can access the North Pole, Santa's Workshop and the Elf Village.
- From the North Pole players can meet Santa (who isn't just Pampers in a costume if you still need clarification) who will give them daily challenges, which could involve making presents in the workshop or practicing delivering presents in the Elf Village.
- Players can also gift other players on their friend list items they have purchased from the North Pole.
- Pope White Duck plays a concert live in-game at Festive Theatre.

Season Four: Cruises and Nuisances (Feb 6 - April 2 2021)[]

February 6 -
- Briefing - "Love really is in the air this season! Islanders are busy preparing for Fuck Day on February 14 (it's exactly what it sounds like) and the entire island has been decorated with love! But the island itself is far from where the action his happening this Fuck Day. Hop on board Crash's Cruise-Ship where a new island destination is waiting for you each week! If you don't fancy exploring, you can stay on board the ship and decorate your room, go shopping, have a swim in the pool, and… adopt other players? Weird, but if you wanna adopt something more worthwhile, why not visit Pets Is We and get yourself your own out snail! Pampers has one, do you?"
- The island has been decorated for Valentine's Day (or "Fuck Day", I guess).
- Crash's Cruise-Ship has appeared at Dandy Docks, allowing players to visit a new island each week. The first island is Outback Island, an Australian-themed jungle. Players can also decorate their room on the ship, swim in the pool, and go shopping in the shops that have relocated from Pets Is We. This includes a new adoption centre, where players can roleplay and "adopt" other players, and the Love Shack, a Fuck Day-themed fancy restaurant.
- Femboy Hooters has been converted into a pet shop called Pets Is We, where players can adopt, care for and customize their own pet snail. Snails need caring for more than avatars and will need food (either grown or bought), and walks through the park.
- Plankles has bought out Club Pampers (now Club Plankles), and installed a pub upstairs.
- The Pampers Circuit has opened, allowing players to rack their cars.
- February 13 - The next location is available from the cruise ship. This location is a European inspired town decorated for Fuck Day, with various shops selling love-themed gifts.
- February 14 - The day of Fuck Day. Players can ask each other out on dates on Crash's Cruise Ship, and be served dinner by new character Luvs.
- February 20 - The next cruise ship location is Toronto, a retro video game-inspired town. The Fuck Day decorations are taken down.
- February 27 - The next location is Ye Olde Bottom, a medieval village.
- March 6 - The next location is the Cool Sands Holiday Resort from the series Six on the Beach.
- March 13 - The next location is Futuresville, a robotic futuristic city.
- March 14 - PI Day, free PI-themed items are given to every player.

  - The next cruise ship location is the city of Quahog from the hit TV show Family Guy.

(Pampers is lounging in his house watching TV while eating pizza. The ground suddenly begins to shake, paintings fall off the walls, etc.)

Pampers: What the-

(The camera pans across the island as concerned citizens come out of their buildings to see what's going on. The sky turns dark as considerably more rifts than before appear over the island. We see a blue beam shoot out of Mr. Craps' Laboratory before cutting to Mr. Craps and Mr. Crack standing next to a machine presumably causing everything. Mr. Craps laughs while Mr. Crack shivers. Pampers, SpongeCicle and Huggies burst in.)

Pampers: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

Mr. Crack: We, er-

Pampers: I can't hear the TV over this noise!

It was just to the good part with the snails too!

(A familiar looking silhouette begins walking out of a rift.)

SpongeCicle: What the-

Mr. Craps: (in disbelief) No! It actually worked!

(The silhouette is revealed to be Mr. Cock.)

Mr. Crack: (gasps) Mr. Cock! You're back!

(The two run towards eachother and embrace.)

Mr. Cock: Pampers? SpongeCicle? (gasps) CRACK! Oh, brother, I knew you'd come beck for meh!

Mr. Crack: Really?

Mr. Craps: Hey, I did all the heavy lifting!

(Mr. Craps' sidekick Big the Urchin rolls over to the group with a seashell.)

Mr. Cock: (gasps) Shelby! I thought I'd never see you again!

Huggies: Can someone please explain what's going on?

SpongeCicle: He has a pet seashell?

Huggies: No, everything else.

(Screams are heard from outside.)

Mr. Craps: Oh no.

(The group peers out the window to find various paranormal creatures, such as ghosts and zombies, escaping from all the over rifts over the island.)

Huggies: I am now even more confused.

Mr. Craps: Yeah, I thought this would happen.

SpongeCicle: Craps, please don't tell me you've just let a load of ghosts loose all over the island.

Mr. Craps: Well okay then.

Mr. Crack: You knew this would happen and yet let us continue anyway?!

Mr. Craps: What? I tried to warn you and besides, we got your brother back.

Mr. Crack: True.

Mr. Cock: I mean I kind of like being alive.

(Another rift appears in the laboratory.)

SpongeCicle: Uh-oh.

(The group huddles up ready to attack. Hoopla and Dave from SpongeThorne fall out of the rift.)

Hoopla: oof

Dave: Aw, why does something bad happen every time we try to get KFC?

(Huggies grabs SpongeCicle like a sword and changes towards the two.)

Huggies: ATTAC-

(Pampers stops them.)

Pampers: Wait, no! It's the funny Hoopla man!

Dave: Ugh, where are we?

Hoopla: Looks like that strange portal must have made us crossover into another dimension.

Huggies: Ugh, it's the not-so-funny Hoopla man.

Hoopla: Your flattering is nice, but we kinda want to go home.

SpongeCicle: That could take a while.

Pampers: Yeah, we kinda have a ghost problem right now.

Mr. Crack: You don't need to rub it in!

Hoopla: Huh, well that's great! We're ghost hunters! I just need to grab my ghost sucker and- (sigh) it's on the other end of the rift, isn't it?

Dave: Big oof.

Huggies: You can make a new one though, right?

Hoopla: I guess… Yeah! We just need to find a nuclear accelerator and find some way to recreate a positron collide-

Mr. Cock: I like your funny words, magic man.

Mr. Craps: Hey, we should team up!

Dave: I guess we have no choice.

Pampers: We should probably go see if the citizens are okay.

SpongeCicle: Yeah.

Hoopla: Well, what are we waiting for?

(fade to black)

(Pampers is holding a meeting at the town hall.)

Pampers: -and on that note I am proud to share that ghost shit is finally basically cleared up, all thanks to me.

Dave: I mean Hoopla and I did most of the work.

Mr. Craps: And me!

Hoopla: You're still working on getting us home, right?

Mr. Craps: Uh… sure. The portal should be ready within the next few days.

Hoopla: Great! Temmie and SpongeBob must be so worried.

Pampers: But you see, I called this meeting because this whole situation got me thinking about the future of the island.

SpongeCicle: That's a little off-character. Pampers never thinks about anything!

Huggies: I thought none of us had any defining personalities.

Pampers: -and so I am holding a presidential election next week on November 7th!

(The audience gasps.)

SpongeCicle: A presidential election? You mean with voting and stuff?

Dave: Ugh, sounds boring. I hope we're back

home by then.

Pampers: Yes, Original Island's first presidential election. I will be running, of course.

Mr. Craps: What about me? I would be a great president!

Mr. Crack: You plagued the entire island with ghosts and stuff.

Mr. Craps: Correction, we did.

Huggies: Well, if a mad scientist is allowed to run, then I'm running too! It's about time Huggies got some spotlight!

(A mysterious penguin bursts through the door.)

Penguin: Hold it right there! I think we all know who the best candidate is, me of course!

SpongeCicle: Actually I don't think any of us know who you are.

Mr. Crack: Did he hear the meeting from outside or-

Tennis: The name's Tennis and I'm gonna be your new president!

Pampers: Uh… well okay. I guess that's four

candidates so far then! I'll sort everything out and then we can start all the propaganda and shit ASAP!

Mr. Craps: (laugh) That's my favorite part!

(The islanders are at the town hall again waiting to hear the results of the election.)

SpongeCicle: I wonder who won.

Tennis: (smug) I think we all know already.

Dave: Look, this election is exciting and all, but it's been a month and me and Hoopla just want to go home.

Mr. Craps: I told you already, I am working on the portal but I've been busy with my campaign! Also it's "Hoopla and I".

(Pampers walks on to the stage.)

Pampers: (clears his throat) Thank you all for coming here tonight to find out the winner of the Original Island Presidential Election. Thank you to all users who voted. I know you're all probably impatient and we don't want to repeat Nevada, so let's just get straight to it. Our candidates are Huggies, Mr. Craps, Tennis and yours truly. And the first president of Original Island is...

(Pampers opens an envelope. The candidates look nervous. Pampers reads the piece of paper with the winner on.)

Pampers: ...me!

Mr. Craps: WHAT?!

SpongeCicle: Huh, congrats.

Mr. Craps: But the game is literally called Pampers Online! Who votes for the title character? This is an outrage! I want a recount!

Raids	Each day over the course of the season(s), various "raids" will appear at various locations that players may take part in. These involve the player fighting waves of supernatural creatures (e.g. zombies, ghosts) that have taken over the island, using SpongeCicle's body as a sword. Gameplay is similar to both the Dynasty Warriors series of games and dungeon crawlers. Each raid successfully completed will reward the player with XP and other perks. Haunted Hospital	An adventure mini-game heavily based on the Luigi's Mansion series of games, and the spin-off SpongeThorne (which season two is partially a crossover with). Players control their avatar progressing through five levels inside the hospital using Hoopla's ghost sucker a device to capture ghosts and discover secrets. The last level is a boss fight with an alternate-universe version of Amber "Alert" from the episode Hotel Hoopla. Players who clear all levels are granted access to the now ghost-free hospital as normal again. Levels are released daily from the mini-game's release.	Season Two: Oh shit, Zombies! Mr. Crack's Mansion	The same gameplay as (and available only to players who beat) Haunted Hospital z except this time in Mr. Crack's Mansion.
