The two-hundred-forty-third season of SpongeBob Fanon premiered on December 22, 2305, and ended on January 12, 2306. It consists of 4 episodes (70 segments). The executive producer/showrunner for the season was LuisAugusto12300.

| The Fifth Doctor tries to end his fear of not being able to regenerate by trying to merge this current dimension with the original one pre-Season 237, so he and SpongeBob can get their original bodies back by becoming them, but his coordinates for the dimension were wrong due to a problem the Doctor will figure out later on in the season. Because of this, the Doctor merged the current dimension with a different one, which causes the first two episodes to be 1 minute long, and the other 2 being 2 minutes.

As they press everything, the Tardis starts to slowly rumble. The Fifth Doctor then presses the very last button, and the episode fades to white. | |||||

- Each segment in episodes 1 and 2 lasts about 53 seconds, and each segment in episodes 3 and 4 lasts a little over 2 minutes.
- On streaming and home video releases of this season, the first two episodes are combined into one, and the last two episodes are also combined into one.
- On television airings, Episode 4 is segued into the first episode of Season 244.
