"Ma" Cheeks is Sandy's very trusty mother who speaks as Sandy, and contains the same personailty, except she is more like Sandy's cousins then her daughter: She is a bit goofy sometimes, speaks in a very different accent, and is often very dumb about things. The only way she resembles her daughter is the pretty eyes, squirell face, and one buck tooth, except hers is made to look goofy.

According to the third season Gary The Snail episode Snail Waggers, she has been through numerous jobs ever since Sandy was eight. Sandy is very aware of this, as in the same episode she says, "I wish my Mother would have made different choices".
