Bot Request 2

I'm requesting the bot right for Rick's Bot again, but with some changes to what it should do.

All the bot will do is:

1. Rename categories if a user changes their username or a series is re-titled.
2. Change references to users and articles that has been renamed.
3. Delete all pages in a category if there has been a prior discussion.
4. Merging categories (replacing all instances of a category to another) if two categories serve the same purpose.

I will have a subpage of the bot's profile called User:Rick's Bot/Log which will log what categories are renamed, what references are changed, what category of pages has been deleted, and what categories have merged.

Although the bot's edits will not appear on Special:WikiActivity or Special:Recentchanges, You can use this link to see all recent changes, including those made by the bot, this link to view all edits made by the bot and this link to view all logged actions of the bot.
